Tennis Elbow is a common ailment for those in the trades. I've dealt with this ailment as a result of swinging a hammer and spending my day with my arms out in front of me. The pain was excruciating and I could barely hold a blade with my right hand to cut drywall. By doing my own research and consulting with some talented physical therapists I developed a program to both overcome and improve my elbow and forearm health. 

The program is split into three phases designed to progress you through specific strengthening exercises. Instructional videos are included so you don't have to do any research. Simply follow the instructions included and in a relatively short amount of time, you'll find yourself picking up a couple of 2x4s or putting a carton of milk back in the fridge pain free.

This program is designed to improve elbow tendonitis, prevent future injuries and potentially reduce elbow pain. However, always consult with a healthcare provider or physical therapist before starting any new exercise program especially if you have pre-existing conditions.
