A problem so many of us trades workers face is physical pain but where does it come from? Oftentimes it’s a result of repetitive motion. If you're constantly working in an overhead position or hunched over on your hands and knees, the muscles responsible for stability and strength in these types of positions will weaken and result in pain. I've battled with this for a long time and decided enough was enough. I developed a program to not only help you find relief but optimize your strength, performance and longevity in the trades.

The program is split into three phases designed to progress you through specific strengthening exercises. Instructional videos are included so you don't have to do any research. Simply follow the instructions included and in a relatively short amount of time, you'll have much more stamina in overhead positions and won't be uncomfortable when trying to relax.

This program is designed to improve shoulder and neck strength, prevent future injuries and potentially reduce pain. However, always consult with a healthcare provider or physical therapist before starting any new exercise program especially if you have pre-existing conditions.
