If there's one ailment most prominent with trades workers, it's knee pain. As a 28 year old I've dealt with it and my grandfather who's a master craftsman has had both knees replaced. The good news is this is 100% avoidable. If you can strengthen the muscles around the knee and spend time in lengthened positions, your knees will become bulletproof. I developed this program to not only prevent or find pain relief but optimize your strength, performance and longevity in the trades.

The program is split into three phases designed to progress you through specific strengthening exercises. Instructional videos are included so you don't have to do any research. Simply follow the instructions included and in a relatively short amount of time, you'll be able to go up and down stairs, squat and kneel down pain free.

This program is designed to improve knee health, prevent injuries and potentially reduce knee pain. However, always consult with a healthcare provider or physical therapist before starting any new exercise program especially if you have pre-existing knee conditions.
