You don't need to be a trades worker to have back pain but man, do laborers seem to be set up for it. I herniated a disc playing college football so as you can imagine doing all the things trades workers have to do isn't exactly ideal for my poor old back. It doesn't need to be this way though. By building strength in mobility and performing exercises mimicking the movements we do on a daily basis, back pain can become a thing of the past. I developed this program to not only prevent or find pain relief but optimize your strength, performance and longevity in the trades.
The program is split into three phases designed to progress you through specific strengthening exercises. Instructional videos are included so you don't have to do any research. Simply follow the instructions included and in a relatively short amount of time, you'll be able to bend over and squat pain free.
This program is designed to improve overall back strength, prevent future injuries and potentially reduce pain. However, always consult with a healthcare provider or physical therapist before starting any new exercise program especially if you have pre-existing conditions.
*If you have nerve pain, this program MAY NOT be for you.*
This is a generalized program so if you desire individualized programming, email caleb@health-anarchy.com for 1 on 1 coaching.
