Health isn't one-size-fits-all—and neither is my approach. It's about understanding you.
At Health Anarchy, I go against the grain by looking at the full picture.
This includes your physical health, mindset, emotions, relationships, environment, and sense of purpose—as much or as little as it relates to your goals. These six areas are often connected and when a few are off, progress can stall.
Using science-backed strategies, we’ll cut through the noise, uncover what’s really holding you back, and build the habits and skills you actually need to reach your goals.
No quick fixes. Just real support and deep, sustainable change.

Caleb Lazenby CPT, CNC
Years of competitive sports and personal health struggles led me here. I herniated two discs playing college football, competed in bodybuilding, and endured chronic pain, gut inflammation, debilitating anxiety and insomnia for years. Working with various specialists uncovered my deep interest in health—and ultimately, a passion for helping others optimize theirs.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition), but my learning never stops. Health optimization is constantly evolving, so I stay current with the latest science in exercise, nutrition, and recovery. Still, one thing never changes: behavior modification is at the core of everything I do.

As both a patient and a coach, I’ve learned the human body is a complex system that demands a nuanced, individualized approach. Sustainable change requires grace and compassion—along with a healthy dose of accountability. I combine deep health strategies with a collaborative spirit to help clients navigate roadblocks, stay consistent and see lasting results. Plus, I bring a charming smile and sometimes off-kilter sense of humor. 😉

I’ve helped a police officer manage stress and recovery to improve physical performance. I’ve guided a middle-aged woman in building foundational habits that not only helped her lose weight but also gave her the energy to show up more fully for her family. I’ve even worked with an 85 year old gentleman dealing with chronic sciatica, helping him find relief so he could enjoy something as simple as a trip to the grocery store again.

When you chip away at the small things, supported by a coach who sees the big picture, the results can be life-changing.

There are 3 pillars of optimal health and they act as a feedback loop.
-
Nutrition provides the body with energy and nutrients for activity and recovery.
-
Recovery is the time in which the mind and body recharge. It also acts as the bridge for the relationship between nutrition and physical integrity.
-
Physical Integrity is your body’s preparedness and ability to perform.
